Products and Availability

We sell men's, big-mens, women's and kids' clothing, workwear, schoolwear, footwear and accessories. We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show colours exactly. Slight variations in colour, fabric and finish are normal.

All products are subject to availability. We may change, limit or discontinue products at any time without notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and offer a replacement, a back order, or a refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and our "buy now, pay later" options. By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Your order is processed once payment has been approved.

While we take care to price products correctly, errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging your order, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where there is a stock issue, a pricing error, or a suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $110. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please refer to our shipping information at checkout for current options and timeframes.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We offer free returns within 30 days for an exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with tags attached. Certain items, such as underwear and altered or made-to-measure garments, may not be eligible for return for hygiene or customisation reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and sale prices are subject to their own terms, may be available for a limited time, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.
